Guests who cancel 7 or more days before check-in, but after the initial 24-hour cancellation period, receive a 50% refund, including full taxes, and I am paid 50% for all nights booked, including deposit. If guests cancel less than 7 days before check-in, they receive a refund only of pro-rated taxes, and I am paid in full for the reservation.
